Bison bison. These are the creatures I fell in awe with. I could just stare and stare.

Big Sky Country

I hear they can run fast like 35mph, I never tested this fact.

No idea what these peaks are called. They’re part of the Absaroka Range. Looking at them just made me homesick for the Trinitys.

Pine Siskin? This lil bird was feeding in the grass with the rest of the gang. 

They were startled by who knows what and flew away frantically.

This one flew into a wooden beam.

Bird lived for a minute then stroked out and died.

So I took pictures.

Pat O'Hara Brewing Co is one of 21 or so microbreweries in Wyoming. I'd like to visit all of them. I doubt that will happen. They had a bunch of "Rocky Mtn" microbrewery beers on tap plus their amber. It was a much more subtle style than I'm used to.
