Yoga
I don't have a paper calendar yet so I'm taking notes here on my excercise habits. I just finished 10 min of relaxing yoga and then 30-40 min of ab kicking pilates/yoga moves. I will feel this tomorrow. I should go on a bike ride too. We'll see how that pans out. Starting the New Years right! It's so dang warm right now I probably could've done all the yoga/pilates moves outside in the backyard. It's supposed to be raining, but it's warm and the clouds above look threatening but no rain. We need lots more rain. Hmmm maybe I'll just walk the marsh for 1.5 hrs like the other day, like New Years Eve! Starting out the Year right! Oh! I already said that.
